Roller coaster of a Day!

Man, today was quite the ride! Woke up at the usual 7am and did my morning yoga! Nothing wakes you up or makes you feel better than yoga in the morning. Then I made myself a lovely yogurt mixture! In the mix was, Greek Gods Vanilla yogurt, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, honey, and some LOVEGROWN granola. If you haven’t tried this granola, you must. It is unbelievable good and healthy for you! Then I went to class all morning. Yeah to chem and human physiology. Then running! It was the best way to clear my head and I’ve been at work ever since and will be here for 45 more min. The best time to tumble. :)

Early Spring

It is absolutely gorgeous here! 50 degrees and counting. I think Omaha just decided to skip the winter season this year, but I’m not complaining. :) Also my English class got canceled! Hallelujah!

1-2 bananas1/2 cup frozen peaches1/2 cup frozen mangoa couple handfuls of spinachwaterice (if desired)
Add enough water to blend and enjoy, that’s it!
